Real Time Pain Relief has a Risk-Free Return Policy for our Retail Customers. If you don’t love your Real Time Pain Relief, send it back (opened, unopened or empty), and receive your money back! If you need to return an item, please Contact Us for Return Authorization number and return shipping address. To expedite the process, follow all instructions given by your customer service representative. Shoppers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of returned products and will be returned to the original method of payment. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process based on your financial institution.
