How To Relieve Hand Pain With Epsom Salts

29th Sep 2021

Is hand pain affecting your day? There are many natural solutions that may help you find relief. For instance, many people have found relief after soaking their sore hands in an Epsom salt bath. Epsom salts are a great source of magnesium, which helps to reduce inflammation, and in turn, relieves the pain that accompanies it.

To try this remedy, fill a bowl or bucket with warm water and add 1 cup of Epsom salts. Soak your hands for 15-30 minutes, at least 1 time per day. If you would like to try another way, you can mix some Epsom salts in warm oil and massage the mixture over your hands. Massage gives an added bonus of promoting healthy blood circulation to the area of pain, which can be very beneficial for healing.
